Take the facts into your own hands; look, and see for yourself! -Louis Agassiz.

In today's era of information overload, the source of information has become more important than ever. When scrolling through social media platforms, we passively absorb processed or condensed information, often forgetting that firsthand sources are the only ones truly coming from the original author. Each time information passes through another party, the author's original intent gets altered.

I recently canceled some unnecessary subscriptions and reallocated the resources to subscribing to Claude Max. but I'm currently facing a dilemma. When studying something (e.g. source code), I always use the Socratic method, but this approach barely uses any tokens. However, if I use it for building personal projects, it eats into my study time and turns me into an "Enter" robot. I need to think about how to balance the time allocation between these two.

Just finished reading Refactoring UI, packed with sharp design comparisons covering everything from typography and imagery to layout. A lot of the details were things I’d never thought to think about. But that’s kind of the point: in a well-crafted product, the magic is all in the details.

Lately I've been using Claude Code with the Paper.design MCP to knock out first-draft UI designs before writing any code. The key is having your design tokens defined upfront when that's in place, the output is genuinely impressive. It's cleaned up my workflow a lot compared to the messy trial-and-error I used to do. Highly recommend giving it a shot.
